A Look at Some of Our Latest Work

HEADLAND MONTESSORI CHILDCARE

Due to Completion Late 2020

Designed by Ellis Group and to be operated by Headland Montessori, this 130-placement childcare centre will be a premium childcare landmark in Caulfield local area.

MODERN RESIDENCE

Completed Jan 2019

This modern house sits on top of the encased Sydney Water infrastructure. We had to go through various compliance measures to make sure our work followed stringent industry standards. This was completed on time and within budget. It’s a great example of our commitment to delivering quality development projects and seeing it through from start to finish despite complications in order to ensure full client satisfaction.

EXTENSION & RENOVATION

Completed May 2017

The first floor addition part of the project utilised AAC flooring and wall panels for improved acoustic and thermal insulation, together with double glazed windows and doors throughout, we achieved an energy efficient product for the client.

AMBER BOUTIQUE APARTMENT

Completed July 2016

The building height was strictly regulated by Boroondara Council which brought us various construction difficulties throughout the construction. Post-tension concrete slabs were designed to maximise cleared ceiling height within the envelope. Basement ramp was tilted sideways to ensure adequate slope and height clearance at gate. Hydraulic disabled lift was installed to compensate the lack of space for ramp.

EXTENSION & RENOVATION

Completed July 2015

We worked closely with our clients and architects to oversee this incredible project, and the excellent Post-Modern House speaks for itself.

BOARDING HOUSE

Completed August 2011

This two storey Class 3 Boarding House achieved all fire regulations using light weight construction, was acoustically and thermally insulated using staggered timber frame, cement sheets and only one layer of 16mm fire rated plasterboard throughout all ceilings and walls.
